Private

To make an appointment, you can contact the individual hospital directly or my secretary by phone, fax or email. For further questions or for general enquiries, please contact my secretary directly. In most cases, insurance companies require a copy of a GP referral letter in order to authorise your treatment on a private basis, although this will not be necessary if you are funding the treatment yourself.
